Ameharu Coast is renowned for its scenic beauty, but the sight of Mt. Tateyama, 3,000 meters high, rising from Toyama Bay is truly awe-inspiring. Meanwhile, the Tateyama ridgeline, faintly silhouetted by moonlight, begins to glow purple near dawn, quietly awaiting the sun’s rise. As dawn breaks, the sky and sea gradually transform from purple to vermilion, and within the stillness, one senses the breath of a new day.
View of Mt. Tateyama from Nihonbashi Beach on a Rainy Day
I took this shot from the roadside station near Amahare Beach, stepping out onto the shore. It’s a classic shot.
The sky and sea turn from purple to crimson, and in the stillness, I feel the breath of a new day.
The sun rising from the ridgeline of Mt. Tateyama paints a golden path upon the sea.
